Product Description

New Generation Tea bag packing machine with outer envelope.

Characteristic:
1. The machine is suitable for the non-returnable packaging of the inner and outer bag of small particulate materials such as: tea,
herbal tea, health tea grass-root type and so on.
2. Inner and outer bag's film drawing is controlled by the stepper motor, stable bag length and accurate positioning.
3. The temperature controller is adjusted by PID to make the temperature control more accurate.
4. Overall machine movement is controlled by PLC, with human-machine interface display, ensure health of products
5. Packing material:filter paper, thread, composite membrane and labels.

Main Features:
1. The main feature of the machine is one-time packing for the thread, tag and outer bag, avoiding hands directly contacting with stuff materials, improving the efficiency.

2. Outer sealing paper is controlled by the stepper motor,stable bag length and accurate positioning

3.The section where the material contact is stainless steel as the body of machine is optional for complete
orpartial stainless steel and all out equipments have passed the CE Standard.

4.High-sensitivity photoelectric color tracing and digital input of cutting position get more accuracy.

5.The machine can automatically finish the load, measuring, bag making,sealing, cutting, counting, finished product conveyor, and other functions.
